Please read and understand the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions
   "Monster Country," "Us," "We," and "Our" refer to Monster Country Festival and/or its representatives, employees, and sub-contractors. We reserve the right to implement restrictions or conditions before and during the event to ensure safety.
2. Compliance
   You must comply with all instructions given by event staff and stewards. Failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.
3. Refusal of Entry
   We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone from the event without a refund for reasons related to public safety, unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury, or for any breach of these terms and conditions.
4. Consent to Recording
   By entering the site, you consent to being included in any audio or visual recordings for media purposes, including CCTV, filming by police or security staff, and/or marketing.
5. Amendments
   These terms and conditions are subject to change at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the amended terms on the event website.
6. Liability
   We are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage to persons or property sustained at the event, unless caused directly by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchases
   Adult tickets can only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or over on the day the festival starts. Children and teen tickets can only be purchased by an appropriately aged adult. By purchasing a child (3 and under, Age 4 to 12) or teen (Age 13 to 17) ticket, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or nominated guardian of the child or teen.
2. Admission
   No admission is permitted without a valid ticket. Children aged 3 and under can attend free of charge.
3. Refunds
   Before purchasing tickets, ensure you can attend, as tickets are non-refundable regardless of circumstances, including traffic, weather conditions, or personal circumstances. If buying tickets as a gift, enter the recipient’s details, not your own.
4. Car Parking
   Car parking tickets must be purchased in advance with your admission tickets and displayed in your car for entry to the event.
5. Timeliness
   Allow plenty of time to enter the site as delays may occur, especially if you wish to see specific timed activities. Refunds are not permitted under any of these circumstances.

General Terms

1. Alcohol Policy
   No alcohol can be brought into the event. Alcohol can only be purchased inside the event due to licensing restrictions.
2. Food and Drink
   You may bring food and drink into the event, but NO glass containers.
3. Dogs
   Dogs are not allowed on site.
4. Bag Searches
   Bags may be searched upon arrival by security staff or stewards. No exceptions.
5. Additional Costs
   Rides, food, and bars are not included in your ticket price and will incur additional costs.
6. Drone Use
   The use of drones or similar equipment is prohibited on or near the event.
7. Line-Up Changes
   The promoter reserves the right to change the line-up without prior notification.
8. Arena/Stage Closures
   We may need to close arenas or stages for technical or operational reasons, inclement weather, capacity issues, or to ensure safety and security.
